This book written by former Lockheed Engineer John Maxson details the components of a plan to cover-up events surrounding the cause of America's first Space Shuttle disaster.  Everyone remembers where they were when the Shuttle Challenger exploded during ascent on mission STS-51L and the following investigation which blamed the O-Rings on the Solid Rocket Boosters.  However, Maxson has uncovered a great deal of evidence identifying an alternate cause for the disaster.
